To mark world suicide prevention day 2015, Waterford Marine Search and Rescue are holding a candle light service at 19:30 at the Tower Hotel Marina on the Quays of Waterford City. This service is open to everyone. There will be a prayer service, a wreath laying service and also a small balloon release in memory of all who have lost there life by suicide .
